— Our Story
Devoted & Whole exists for every wife who's tired of choosing between showing up for her marriage and showing up for herself — because she was never meant to choose at all.

— founder, Devoted & Whole
Five months into my marriage, I reached a place I never imagined I would stand. Love wasn't the problem — I loved my husband deeply. But I felt myself slipping away, becoming smaller, quieter, emotionally invisible in my own home. I tried everything I believed a "good Christian wife" should do, and every attempt seemed to make things worse. Then came the night that broke me open — and when the dust settled, I sat alone and asked myself a question that terrified me: "When did I become this person?"
That question became my awakening. Instead of asking "what is wrong with him," I finally asked, "what is happening inside me?" So I stopped trying to fix the marriage first. I started with myself — quietly, privately, intentionally. I learned to regulate my own emotions before walking into hard conversations, and I began treating my husband the way I actually wanted to be treated. And something unexpected happened: as I became calmer, he began to soften too.
Today, our marriage is four years strong. The transformation never began with fixing him — it began with me choosing self-leadership, emotional stewardship, and spiritual grounding, the exact things I now teach inside Devoted & Whole. Not because I read them in a book first, but because I lived them, long before I ever had language for them.
Today, I teach other Christian wives how to hold every role — prayer warrior, comforter, caregiver, companion — with intention instead of exhaustion. Not by doing more, but by doing it from a full cup instead of an empty one.
If this sounds like the room you've been looking for, I'd love to have you.
